Dax has helped many to manage their home equity to increase liquidity, safety and rate of return from investment in real estate and elsewhere.

Today, RAD has transformed into a Mortgage Planning Firm focusing on the importance of a comprehensive evaluation of the client’s long-term financial needs as well as all other areas of their life. We believe that consideration must be given to income and career, tax obligation, insurance, investments, retirement and estate planning. While RAD will focus on mortgages, we will collaborate and affiliate with other professionals offering the necessary advice, addressing all the related areas referred to in order to develop a comprehensive plan.

The main objective of the company has remained the same over the 17 years of operation. Dax Dunn’s basic belief is that we should help those who are renting to understand that by converting the expense of renting into the investments of owing their own home, they have made the first step towards financial independence. Over the years, many of our clients have expressed their gratitude for the information, encouragement and guidance offered by RAD Financial Services. This is a testimony to the second part of our objective is as was stated before; that is forming lasting relationships. RAD feels that its greatest asset is its relationship with its clients and its endeavor to include every person who has ever heard its broadcast or contacted its office. Thankfully, we welcome back old clients frequently, and, as was stated earlier, we are blessed by being a referral-based business.

Clients call or come to us without hesitation for answers to any questions they may have regarding their loan program. Once the loan closes, a new relationship begins. RAD follows up to discover if the entire process met the needs of the clients and to assure them that should the process prove anything but completely satisfying, we would do anything in our power to avoid a repetition for the next client. The stage is usually set for further business transactions or for referrals. We make sure to see that our clients are even happier after closing than they were earlier when they started the loan process: misgivings give way to confidence and joyous achievement.
