Fixed Rate Programs

•  2 and 3 year fixed rate mortgages provide the security and a relatively low fixed interest rate. After the first 2 or 3 years the loan will convert to an adjustable loan in order to obtain a full 30 year fixed loan
•  Allows a borrower 2 to 3 Years to improve their credit
•  Loan will convert to an ARM after the fixed period and payments can increase as rates rise
